Mana Agritech will allow the exchange and return of products in the following cases:
- Product Damaged [reported within 48 hours of delivery via mail to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the image of the damaged product and packaging pictures.]
- Wrong order (wrong product-related issues)
- Different Product from the description.
- Defective Manufacturing products
But we do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Physical damage to the product or the box.
- Product is used/ altered or worn
- If a sealed package of branded products is open
- If returned without accessories and original packaging.
In case of Replacement/Return, the following conditions should satisfy:
- Only unaltered, unsoiled, unused products will be accepted.
- Replacements will be made if the product is available on the website or else we will refund the amount.
- The complaint should be raised within a maximum of 3 days after receiving the product.
- The product must be in its original condition.

Contact us at our customer care number and provide Order ID details. Our Customer Support team will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process.
Please ensure that product is in original condition and unused. Include all labels, invoice along with the product and original packing.
In case you want to cancel your order, you need to call our customer care number or email at email@example.com at any point of time before the product is shipped. After shipment, the order can not be cancelled.
Mana Agritech may also want to cancel the order under the following scenarios:
- Temporarily out of stock or Product no longer available.
- Restriction on quantity ordered
- Nonserviceable locations
- inaccurate or Incomplete address Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department
